Wireless in the Parks is a venture between AirNet Group, the City of Chattanooga, Mayor Bob Corker, Chattanooga Parks and Recreation, SMARTech Corp., and Expressive Networks to help further the development of Chattanooga as a technology hub.

This program was started as an initiative to bring more technology into Chattanooga and to make it more a part of everyday life. The connectivity and the equipment necessary to push the connectivity to these parks is provided free of charge to the City of Chattanooga, its local residents, and businesses.
